    Worth knowing beforehand

    Check the bank details on the invoice

    Auctions do change banks, and an old payment slip in your inbox looks exactly like a new one. Fraudsters exploit this and send a forged invoice with their own account. Verify the details in your auction account, not in the email.

    The payer's name must match

    The name the lot is registered to. Otherwise the auction will not credit the payment and will send it back — costing you time and the rate difference.

    About the condition of the notes

    Dollars with writing, tears or of the old series are accepted at a discount. If you are bringing a large sum, set those notes aside.

    Terms

    Ask about the fee, the crediting time and the limits by phone: they depend on the auction, the receiving bank and the size of the payment. We quote the final figure before the operation starts, not after.

    It depends on the auction's bank. We will give you the exact term for your case once we see the invoice.

    Can several lots be paid in one transfer?

    Yes, if they belong to the same buyer and go to the same auction account.

    Do you work with companies?

    Yes, but the terms differ — we discuss those separately.

    What if the auction has not credited the payment?

    We provide proof of transfer, and with it the auction locates the payment on their side. This usually happens when the lot number in the payment reference has a typo.
